Today it is your birthday
And your Mom has made a cake
I heard she's buying pizza, and
I heard that she can bake.

I've brought a gift especially
That I might like to get
I made the card and everything
You'll like it, too, I bet.

I know when you unwrap it
I'm sure that you will smile.
And maybe then, you and I
Can share that toy a while?

I figured you might like a train
Or dinosaurs, or model brain
So at the store, I went to look
But my Mom won, so here's a book.
