Fathers Day Greetings
Rude Limericks

These are Fathers Day greetings suitable for adult children to give to Dad. We might add, they are suitable only for those families with a well-developed sense of humor - funny, and a little rude, maybe.

The best gift on Dads day is spending time with him - a good spread doesn't hurt either. He probably has more junk than he needs by now and that tie? Not so good. He's past that.

Nursing Home

Love you, Dad, and I just want to know
To avoid all the angst and the woe
When it's time that we get
(Fortunately, not yet)
The nursing home where you will go?

Dear Dad

You're my Dad, and to me, you are dear
I would share all I've got with you here
Brats and metts, corn and beans,
But slow down, cause it seems
That we're running real short on the beer.

Golf

On your day, Dad, let's go to the course
Play 9 holes and engage in discourse.
Kicking back - it's so sweet
But today, please don't cheat
Just for once, there are rules to enforce.

Shine

Among Dads, you're the best! And you shine
In that role, one you clearly define,
One we honor today
At this public display
Just make sure you don't drink all the wine.

Model

You're my model for life and success
I take after you, Dad, you're the best
And that credit is due
Though I don't look like you.
Should we get a paternity test?
