The Blame Game has been around since Adam and Eve and these two patrons are exceptionally droll—English majors no doubt. For instance, here in our world, it is Thursday night; in yours, it could be another. However, in all neighborhoods there is a weekly tug-o-war about who removes the trash.
Him: Garbage Night
The garbage won't go to the curb
Without human effort, I've heard.
I've done it so long
That I could tag along
With the collectors in our suburb.
Her: Your Problem
What could we say of the trash?
Except, perhaps, this is your bash
For too delicate, we
Aren't provided with the
Proper background to deal with this cache.
Him: No Laundry
Our original contract, you see,
Did not involve laundry. Off-key
With the current environment,
May I make a comment?
Not everything must be PC.
Her: Laundry
The whites never go with the darks
Your effort to force them to marks
You the locker room fool
With pink underwear. You'll
Enjoy getting all those remarks.
Ouch, the young women are wincing; the young men quake. "Does it always come to this?" they ask. Venus and Mars's compatibility issues have us all wondering how this bickering twosome have weathered so many years together.
